In our meetings, we will present a question to focus on building relationships with our Inner Children. We will then share our experience, strength, and hope on that topic. We will read passages that reinforce the concept. We will do exercises on the topic. Then we will read through a list of things we can do in the ensuing week to work on that aspect of recovery. We we will have a round of sharing devoted to what we have done to build better relationships with our Inner Children.
